What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is typically after 4 PM to allow for thorough cleaning; check-out is by 10 AM. Need an early arrival or late departure? Just ask — we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.
How do I pay, and are there any booking fees?
You’ll pay securely via our integrated booking engine (Stripe/PayPal). We don’t charge any hidden platform fees — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
We offer a clear, guest-friendly policy outlined during booking. Free cancellation applies up to a certain number of days before your stay. Full terms are detailed on each listing page.
What amenities are included in the stay?
Expect premium linens, fully-equipped kitchens, fast Wi-Fi, and thoughtful extras based on each property (e.g. hot tub, game room, local guidebooks). Full amenity lists are on each property page.
Is there parking available on-site?
Yes! Most of our properties offer complimentary on-site parking. Details (number of spaces, coverage) are listed under each unit’s description.
Are pets allowed?
Some of our properties welcome well-behaved pets with a small additional fee. Others are pet-free. Each listing clearly states whether pets are permitted.
Do you collect local occupancy or lodging taxes?
Yes, in compliance with local regulations, collected taxes are automatically included in your final booking cost — no surprises at check-in.
How do I check availability and book directly?
Our live calendar shows availability in real-time. Simply select your dates, follow the “Book Now” steps, and receive an instant confirmation via email.
Can I book multiple stays or request custom packages?
Absolutely! If you're planning a combined trip or multi-property booking, reach out — we're happy to coordinate availability and even craft bespoke packages for your group.
What should I do if there’s an issue during my stay?
We're available 24/7 for urgent situations. Non-urgent queries can be addressed via email or text — we strive to respond within one hour and ensure your comfort.

This house was TERRIFIC! It is exactly as it appears on the website--so classy and beautiful, and loads of space. The 2 decks were provided beautiful views, and the hot tub and sauna were so relaxing after hiking all day. The closeness to the town was also a big plus. Would totally stay here again!

Beautiful house. The downstairs games room was perfect for evening entertainment whilst the children slept upstairs. The double bed on the middle floor was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. We had a great stay, host was very accommodating and responsive. The beds were so comfortable and everything was very clean. Kitchen was nicely equipped with clean nice dishes and utensils that actually match and aren’t a mess like you sometimes get in rentals. The home is nicely decorated and everything feels thoughtful, neat and well maintained. Location was convenient and we would definitely stay here if we’re ever back in the area.

It was a nice place, just too many rules to feel comfortable for me. They said they will address it and I believe they will. It was a nice place for me and my 2 daughters’ girl trip. But not sure it would work for more people because although they have amazing beds in comfort and number. The couches aren’t for more than 3 ppl each level and you are not able to move furniture which is not set to where I would have liked to sit or relax. Overall a perfect location and the owners communication is wonderful. I struggled not giving them more stars but I truly wish someone had mentioned things to me.
