We’re always available by message to assist, but we also respect your privacy so you can fully unwind.
Our home features a Samsung all-in-one washer/dryer. It washes and dries in one cycle—no transferring needed.
Best Practices:
- Load half to ¾ full only
- Use HE detergent - preloaded in the internal dispenser.
- Select Wash + Dry, press Start, walk away
Important Notes
- Drying is gentler and may take longer than traditional dryers
- Slight dampness? Run Dry Only – 30 min
- Quiet operation and water sounds during drying are normal
