Tucked just four minutes from Paris Mountain State Park, The Ridge is a freshly renovated, single-level retreat built for gathering. Spread out across four bedrooms, cook together around new quartz counters, then take the evening outside to soak in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit, and let the dogs run in the large fenced yard. Hiking trails sit at your doorstep, and downtown Greenville is under 20 minutes away. Spend your days enjoying the local area, and escape back to The Ridge.

The Ridge at Paris Mountain is a reimagined single-level home with a large fenced in backyard providing ample space inside and out, easy for every age to navigate, with room for the whole group to spread out or enjoy time together.

Inside, a fresh, contemporary feel throughout, full of character and thoughtful design. The open kitchen, dining, and living area is the heart of the home: a quartz island with prep sink and bar seating, a new electric range, stainless appliances, and a striking exposed-brick accent…plus a sunlit breakfast nook with an extra window-side bar with stools, so there's a seat for everyone. Coffee lovers are covered with a Keurig and a drip maker combo, a Nespresso machine, and a pour over and French press to meet every connoisseur's needs. Locally themed art (Paris Mountain, the Swamp Rabbit Trail, Falls Gate Park) nods to everything just outside the door.

The expansive primary suite is a true retreat with a king bed, a cozy sitting area with reading chair, a smart TV, and a decorative fireplace as a centerpiece. Tucked nearby is a dedicated workspace with a desk and reading chair, ideal for anyone mixing a little remote work into the getaway. There is a dog bed, crate, and a Pack-n-Play located in the bedroom as well.

The two full bathrooms are full of personality: one moody and spa-like with dark tile and a rainfall shower, the other a showstopping double-vanity bath, "The Loo at The Ridge," with art-deco wallpaper, starburst tile, and a vintage soaking tub. Both are stocked with fresh towels, a hair dryer, and refillable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

For downtime, a built-in shelf is loaded with books and board games (chess, Scrabble, UNO, cards, and more) for easy family evenings in.

Where everyone sleeps:

Bedroom 1: King - with Pack-n-Play & Twin Air Mattress

Bedroom 2: King

Bedroom 3: King

Bedroom 4: Queen

All bedrooms have Smart TVs.

Out back is where The Ridge earns its name.

The fenced backyard is built for togetherness: settle into the hot tub under the louvered pergola, gather around the firepit as the evening cools, fire up the grill, and spread out at the outdoor dining and seating areas. There's even a cornhole court for a little friendly competition and a pair of hammocks strung among the trees for slow afternoons. And because the yard is fully fenced, kids and dogs have room to roam. Set up a Bucket Golf course and see how you do on your bespoke “Back 6.”

The location is the quiet kind of special: Paris Mountain State Park's hiking, biking, and picnicking just up the road, yet downtown Greenville, Falls Park, Travelers Rest, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail all within easy reach.

What a fantastic stay! Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, and we especially loved the fire pit and hot tub. The property was beautifully maintained, the beds were so comfortable, and they truly had everything we needed. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring Greenville while still offering a peaceful retreat in the evenings.

The pictures do not do this Home any justice, it was breathtaking, calm, peaceful, and very clean. It had everything that we needed and some things that we didn’t even know that we needed. We felt right at home. We were very very pleased with this Home, and host.

This Paris Mountain retreat was absolutely perfect. Jonathan and Candace were wonderfully helpful and incredibly responsive throughout our stay. We were a family of seven on a 10‑day trip, and this home fit us beautifully. It was cozy, welcoming, and had everything we needed. The backyard was a highlight — perfect for outdoor fun. We spent plenty of time playing corn hole and relaxing under the umbrellas with a good book. We cooked most of our dinners at home, and the kitchen had every tool we needed. The added board games made for great family game nights, and we had several competitive rounds of Battleship around the table. The location couldn’t have been better. It offered easy access to both outdoor adventures and city activities. The scenic drive, wildlife sightings, and proximity to the state park made exploring so enjoyable. We would happily stay here again!
