It was a nice place, just too many rules to feel comfortable for me. They said they will address it and I believe they will. It was a nice place for me and my 2 daughters’ girl trip. But not sure it would work for more people because although they have amazing beds in comfort and number. The couches aren’t for more than 3 ppl each level and you are not able to move furniture which is not set to where I would have liked to sit or relax. Overall a perfect location and the owners communication is wonderful. I struggled not giving them more stars but I truly wish someone had mentioned things to me.

Spielen Haus was the perfect place for our getaway to Helen! It was tastefully decorated to match the Alpine feeling of the town. Each bedroom had its own full bathroom, there were plenty of spaces for everyone in our large crowd to sleep, and the bedding was plush and cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make full meals. I especially loved the ample seating for everyone to sit in the kitchen area and enjoy a meal together. The game room had something to offer for everyone including a collection of yoga mats and exercise equipment. We all regret not staying longer to fully enjoy everything Spielen Haus had to offer!

I was very happy to find this place. It’s within a gated community but very close to the entrance - a perfect spot. The unit is large and allows a lot of privacy - not only from neighbors but within the unit. Our favorite areas were the screened porch and the spacious game room with pool table. This place worked very well for me and my group of friends on our trip to the Mountains and Helen. The cabin was absolutely perfect for us with great amenities that matched very well with our group, especially the game room, hot tub, and sauna. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic equipment you would need to be able to make your own food as well as stuff for the outdoor grill. The interior was also very clean and presentable when we arrived. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had leading up to our trip. Everything in the house is in great condition as well. The cabin is also located in such a spot where it is easily accessible to downtown Helen. Overall, my friends and I were more than satisfied with the cabin and were very impressed with it. We would absolutely rent it again for a future visit and also would highly recommend this location.

Ours was a grandparent/grandkids stay, ages 9, 11, and 13. They loved everything about Helen, the amazing home in which we rented which included a fantastic game room (pool table, arcade games, oversized Connect 4, and a host of other things to do in that spacious room. Right outside the door was the sauna and hot tub. We absolutely would go back and rent this place again. Jonathan and Candace were amazing to work with and made it so easy.
