THE SPACE
Spielen Haus is a three-story townhome built for the way families and friend groups actually travel together: shared spaces that pull everyone in, private spaces that let everyone breathe, and the kind of small details that turn a weekend into a memory.
Two king suites give the adults real privacy with ensuite spa-style baths. The Bunk Suite has 4 full beds with a private en-suite bath. Sleeps up to 8, perfect for the cousins, the kids, or a second couple's crew—no fighting over the bathroom. A multi-level layout means three generations can be under one roof without ever stepping on each other.

A few things to know before you book:
We want your stay to be smooth from the moment you arrive, so here are a few details up front.
Gated community. Spielen Haus is in Innsbruck, a gated community with a manned guard gate. When you arrive, give the guard the property address and your stay dates, and they'll issue a temporary car tag. If you arrive after 10 PM, you'll use the after-hours gate code we provide, if needed.
Parking. The home has 2 dedicated parking spots out front, plus room for up to 4 more cars in the guest spots on the road right by the home. If your group is coming in several cars, plan for a short walk from those overflow spots.
Townhome layout. Spielen Haus is one side of a townhome and shares one wall with the neighboring unit. That unit is owned separately and has its own rules, so there may be guests next door at times. Noise is rarely an issue, but we want you to know the layout before you arrive.

Spielen Haus sits in a quiet pocket of downtown Helen in Innsbruck, walkable to the shops, restaurants, river tubing outfitters, and Oktoberfest tents. Anna Ruby Falls and Smithgall Woods are a short drive. Yonah Mountain Vineyards, Habersham Winery, and Sylvan Valley Lodge are all within twenty minutes for a wine country day.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Bunk beds: For insurance reasons, guests use bunk beds at their own risk.
Security: exterior doorbell camera is active for property protection. There are no cameras inside the home.
Starter supplies: we provide a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper and dish pods. For longer stays, you may want to pick up additional supplies.

I have come to Helen a few times and stayed in other places including local hotels. This is my new favorite. I plan to reserve here for all future vacations. Thabk you again for a great experience!

August 2026Spielen Haus was good for our short stay at Helen. The location is close to main st near restaurants and activities. Home itself is well appointed some thoughtful touches (lower level arcade games and board are great for families wjtb young ones). It’s all we’ll do e with the exception of kitchen where some appliances and teflon pans were not usable. Also spots on some linen and the main level bathroom floor showing wear . Those are fixable and minor takeaways from otherwise cozy, comfortable cabin experience and should work great for most groups and families. The host Jonathan and Candace were responsive and proactive in their communication and great hosts

August 2026Absolutely loved the home!!! Unfortunately we only had one night, but we'll be back! I have active boys and want to keep them busy and off their phones and they just loved the pool table, hot tub, arcade games, pool, and then finished with smores. It truly had everything plus its a beautiful quiet neighborhood great to walk around and see the mountains plus its gated which I absolutely loved and felt so safe. Simple instructions to get in and out. It was perfect! We will be back and for a few days!!
